We are a 501-c3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing creative opportunities for arts and art appreciation in the Highland Lakes community.

Our Mission

To create, in the Texas Hill Country, an exciting initiative that attracts nationally recognized artists for appreciation, education, and enrichment .

Art Appreciation

HLCA gathers visitors and locals from around the region to appreciate the arts in the Highland Lakes with events like Paint the Town and Sculpture in the Square.

Art Education

HLCA strives to provide valuable artistic guidance to the students of the Highland Lakes community with programs, opportunities, and resources that encourage the arts.

At Enrichment

HLCA brings the beauty of sculptured art to Downtown Marble Falls with the outdoor public arts program, Sculpture on Main.
